Situated in the heart of Gold Coast’s busiest centre, Firebird Studios is an all-inclusive Community Studio. A community of potters all on a different journey, all with different life experience and a common joy for anything pottery.
We believe that our biggest assets are our teachers who are the most fabulous, talented and creative people… all who love to share their experience and skill with others.
We have the best equipped studio with everything you will need to throw, build, decorate, create, glaze, embellish, imprint, colour, attach and fire your work.

Our Courses and Workshops
There is something for everyone at Firebird Studios. Our courses and workshops are designed so that you achieve maximum value with every class. Our difference is that we that we teach pottery decoration, alongside the Potter’s Wheel and handbuilding with clay.

Community Clay – Your Studio
Our Studio is your studio… We are open until 9pm 3 nights a week and we open our hearts to other keen potters who who love the thought of sharing their pottery journey with other like-minded creatives.
Pottery can be a lonely journey, tucked away in your own studio… or maybe your living situation will not accomodate a full studio… That is where our Community Clay offer is so valuable.
You can make this studio your own studio. There are various options available to suit your requirements.
