One of our friendly and experienced team members will be available to assist you during these times.
SCHEDULED CLASSES run throughout the week at various times. Please be mindful of these classes when you come to the studio.
What is the procedure for rescheduling or cancelling my class?
If less than seven days’ notice is given, we will be unable to offer a refund, however, we are able to offer you a credit.
Please note, cancellations within 48 hours of your class will receive no refund or credit. We are a small studio, with very small, intimate classes, and it is unlikely that with less than 48 hours notice we will be able to fill your seat.
You are more than welcome to send a friend in your place. Just shoot us an email or call us on 0402263227 to let us know.
If more than seven day’s notice is given, you are more than welcome to reschedule your class or request a full refund. Please contact us to request the rescheduling of your class.
What types of workshops do you provide?
Workshops are 2 to 3 hour classes in different techniques concerning clay. Anything from the Potter’s Wheel, to hand-building (mugs, planters, plates) or a more advanced hand-building class or decorating class.
When will new workshop dates be announced?
On a Bi-monthly basis, we update our website with fresh workshop dates. Sign up for our mailing list if you’d like to be notified when new dates become available.
When will my pottery be ready to be picked up or glazed?
During a one-off workshop we will provide a rough estimate of when your completed pottery will be ready for you to collect. We will contact you via text message when it is ready. You can come by the studio after this date pick up your pottery during our business hours.
Do you have any private group workshops available?
Yes, private sessions for groups of 6 to 20 potters are available. If you contact us on 0402263227 or at email@example.com to send a request. We will need a date, approximate time, length of workshop required, and the number of people attending. We can normally accommodate.
Do you take after pay?
We are working on an installment type payment service at present.
Do you have a firing service?
Yes we do. We have 3 Kilns on the go constantly and a Raku Kiln for workshops on a monthly basis. More info on the firing service page above

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. Check out this page here. We sell them in various sized vouchers.
What should I wear?
Please bring a towel to cover yourself and wear comfortable clothing that you are prepared to get muddy in. We also suggest that you wear closed-toe shoes for your protection, tie your hair back, clip your nails, and leave your hand jewellery at home.
